The processes for Phino company manufacturing the electrical wire & cable normally go through three processing aspects.
1、Wire extruding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, insulating materials with a certain thickness are used to be wrapped on coppers and which can be PVC or rubber.
2、Wire stranding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, a particular number of wires are twisted together to form a larger conductor in order to facilitate finished production extrusion.
3、Finished production extruding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, a second extrusion process is applied on the stranded wires and insulating materials with a certain thickness are used to be wrapped again. The insulating materials can be PVC or rubber.
